1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Luano, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Description of Service

Luano is an AI-powered code editor designed for Roblox development. It is available as a free version ("Noob") and a paid subscription ("Pro"). Features and availability may change over time.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

Luano Pro requires a paid subscription processed through LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service in addition to these terms.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify Luano's proprietary components
  • Redistribute or resell Luano Pro without authorization
  • Use Luano to develop software that violates Roblox's Terms of Use
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription or licensing restrictions

5. Open Source Components

Portions of Luano are open source and available on GitHub. Open source components are governed by their respective licenses. These Terms apply to the Luano application as a whole, including proprietary features.

6. AI-Generated Content

Code and content generated by Luano's AI features are provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and using AI-generated output in your projects. Luano makes no guarantees about the correctness, security, or fitness of AI-generated code.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of code you write using Luano. Luano does not claim any rights over your projects or source code.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Luano is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the software.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Luano after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
