Account & Payment Information: When you purchase Luano Pro, payment is processed by LemonSqueezy. We receive your email address and purchase details but do not store credit card numbers or banking information.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage analytics (e.g., feature usage, crash reports) to improve the product. This data is not linked to your identity.

AI Features: When using AI features with your own API key (BYOK), your code and prompts are sent directly to the AI provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). Luano does not store or log these interactions. When using Luano Pro's built-in AI, prompts may be processed through our servers but are not stored after the response is delivered.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Luano application
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To send important product updates or security notices
  • To improve the product based on anonymous usage data

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • LemonSqueezy — payment processing and subscription management
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and CDN
  • AI Providers — code generation (only when you actively use AI features)

Your project files remain on your local machine. Luano does not upload your source code to our servers. We implement reasonable security measures to protect any data we do collect.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

7. Cookies

The Luano website may use minimal, essential cookies for functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
